Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard joined with veterans and their families to cut the ribbon for the new Niche Gardens and dedication of a new Veterans Memorial Wall at the Downey Cemetery as part of Memorial Day ceremonies in the City of Downey. The wall and niche gardens allow the cemetery to provide additional niche space, which in turn will provide funding for the cemetery's continued upkeep.
