Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard congratulates the Katherine Hikida, the incoming President of the Japanese American Bar Association at the group’s 33rd Annual Japanese American Bar Association Installation & Awards Gala at Our Lady of the Angels Cathedral in Downtown. During her remarks, the congresswoman also paid tribute to the late Congressman Robert Matsui, who was honored with the Japanese American Bar Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award. His wife, Congresswoman Doris Matsui, was on hand to accept the award.
