Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard distributed calendars and addressed a group of seniors during their holiday party at Angelus Plaza senior housing complex. During the congresswoman’s remarks, she reminded the seniors about the December 31st deadline to sign-up and/or change their Medicare prescription drug plan. She also informed attendees about the some of the constituent casework services provided by her office, including assistance with federal agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service, Social Security Administration, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
