Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard (CA-34) presented a Certificate of Congressional Recognition to the Downey Association of Realtors’ outgoing president Nubia Aguirre at the association’s 62nd Annual Installation & Award Ceremony. Held at the Amada Plaza in Buena Park, Rep. Roybal-Allard congratulated Ms. Aguirre on her accomplishments and thanked her for her leadership during 2008. More than 100 association members and well-wishers attended the event, which also marked the swearing in of the association’s incoming president Anthony Mendez.
