Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard (CA-34) attended the grand opening and ribbon cutting for 7 Restaurant & Bar located at the NE corner of 7th Street and Grand Avenue in the 34th Congressional District. The owner of 7 Restaurant and Bar, Joseph Tahanian, received a U.S. Small Business Administration Microloan with the assistance of Valley Economic Development Center (VEDC). Federal funds secured by the Congresswoman enabled VEDC to hire an outreach loan specialist to specifically help businesses in Downtown Los Angeles qualify for small business loans.
