Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard met with Timothy J. Landrum (pictured), Special Agent in Charge of the Los Angeles Field Division for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), an agency within the U.S. Department of Justice. Special Agent Landrum has been in charge of the Los Angeles Field Division since May of 2007. His extensive jurisdiction includes seven counties in Southern California, including Los Angeles. He is responsible for the division’s daily enforcement operations and drug diversion investigations. During the meeting, they discussed DEA efforts to curb drug trafficking in the United States and Mexico.
