Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard joins employees of Easter Seals Adult Day Center, established in Bellflower one year ago, on a tour of their facility located at 17416 Bellflower Boulevard. The Easter Seals Adult Day Center serves individuals who have developmental, physical or multiple disabilities and helps participants learn to become active members of their communities.
