During a recent tour of the United Parcel Service's Olympic Boulevard facility in Downtown, Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard presented Mr. Jose Garcia, a part-time UPS sorter, with a Congressional Certificate of Recognition for his 49 years of loyal service to the company.
