Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard (CA–34) attended the Special Angels USA International Holiday Party held at Cudahy Park. Special Angels USA is a non-profit organization that provides art classes, talent shows and other recreational activities for children with mental and physical disabilities. Based out of Bell Gardens, the organization serves children and young adults throughout the surrounding southeast communities.
