Actress Cheryl Hines, Emmy-nominated star of the sitcom Curb Your Enthusiasm and United Cerebral Palsy Board Trustee, discusses with U.S. Rep. Lucille Roybal-Allard employment, housing, education, and health care for people with disabilities. Hines, who has a nephew with cerebral palsy, works on behalf of United Cerebral Palsy and many of its affiliates across the country to advance the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people with disabilities. A Los Angeles resident, Ms. Hines initially reached out to United Cerebral Palsy of Los Angeles to gain a better understanding of the condition and what support services might be available through the national organization to her three-year-old nephew who lives in Orlando.
