Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard (CA-34) meets with Rear Admiral Jody Breckenridge to discuss the need for robust security in the ports of Los Angeles-Long Beach, which make up the largest port complex in the U.S. and the third largest in the world. The Admiral is replacing Rear Admiral Kevin Eldridge as the new U.S. Coast Guard District Eleven Commander. In her new position, she will be responsible for Search and Rescue, Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Marine Safety, and Aids to Navigation missions in over 3.3 million square miles of water.
