Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard (CA-34) congratulated representatives of CARE Ambulance Service on the company's recent selection as the new 911 Emergency Ambulance Service for families in Los Angeles County. The congresswoman also congratulated two of the Emergency Medical Technicians with CARE who were honored recently by their peers for exemplary service during Hurricane Katrina and Rita. Tyson Conger (second left) and Shawn Dugan (second right) received the association's Star of Life Award. They were one of eleven crews Care Ambulance sent to the areas within days of the disaster.
