Representatives of California Community Colleges visit Congresswoman Roybal-Allard to discuss the Student Aid and Fiscal Responsibility Act which will boost Pell Grant scholarships, keep interest rates on student loans affordable, and create a more reliable and effective financial aid system for families.  They also discussed a program called Vets Connect, a Chancellor’s Office initiative to be piloted in the district to better support veterans by bringing an increased level of quality and consistency to student veterans' services.  Pictured in the photo from left to right: Dr. Debbie Malumed, President Board of Governors, California Community Colleges;
