On behalf of the Alcohol Policy 15 conference, David Jernigan, Ph.D. and Rebecca Ramirez presented Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard (CA-34) with their Alcohol Policy Champion Award for her dedication to the prevention of underage drinking.  The Alcohol Policy 15 conference brings together advocates and experts from across the country to develop policy solutions to the challenges posed by alcohol abuse. Congresswoman Roybal-Allard was recognized specifically for championing underage drinking issues, and for sponsoring H.R. 1562, the Sober Truth on Preventing (STOP) Underage Drinking Reauthorization Act.
