Congresswoman Roybal-Allard joined the Retirement Housing Foundation (RHF) in honoring Kelly Boyer, Director of the Los Angeles Multifamily Hub for the Department of Housing and Urban Development for her active role in helping provide housing to seniors, economically disadvantaged families and people with disabilities.  The Event was held at Angelus Plaza, one of RHF’s retirement communities and the largest affordable housing community for older adults in the nation. Congresswoman Roybal-Allard and Ms. Boyer posed here with Dr. Laverne Joseph, CEO of the Retirement Housing Foundation and Laurel Gillette, Chair of Angelus Plaza’s Community Advisory Board.
