Representative Roybal-Allard dropped by the 39th annual Senior Corps RSVP Volunteer Luncheon to honor seniors who have volunteered to serve their local communities.  The luncheon was held at the All Peoples Christian Center, which sponsors the Retired Senior and Volunteer Program, or RSVP. This was an opportunity for Congresswoman Roybal-Allard to applaud the men and women who give so much to better their communities.
